Incorporating a town in Indiana is no easy or affordable task. It must be a citizen led initiative. No tax dollars, nor government support, is available to create the town. At this time there are three important ways you can help us.
Contact the County Commissioners: They need to know there is widespread support for the idea of the town. We have made it easy to send an email to each commissioner. Click here to fill out one form and each Commissioner will receive a copy of your message. It takes less than three minutes. Please do it now.
Make a Donation: You can make a donation online here. We use PayPal but you don’t have to have a PayPal account to make a donation. If you wish to talk with a member of Citizens for Center Grove before you donate, or don’t want to donate online, you can find our contact information here.
Pledge to Cover Certified Mailing: State law requires that the residents seeking to incorporate a town mail a certified letter to every resident and landowner of the proposed town. That is a very expensive requirement, about $5.25 per letter to 10,000+ homes. You can pledge to cover help cover those expenses. You will only donate if the effort gets to the point that the letters need to be sent. Make your pledge here.
